Upgrade for the forum

As you might have seen, the forum has been updated to a whole new theme.
I’ve developed this one for an other community and adapted the style, but we might need @Allien help if we want to get the best colors for Particl Community
You can now even switch to a dark theme if you prefer

I might jump on this if you poke me enough, got still loads on my hands with the upcoming PD 3.0!
