How to participate

To participate you will need to :
Join Particl on Telegram, Discord, Matrix or on this forum
Buy a free Lottery ticket on the marketplace (See below)

How to buy a ticket on the marketplace

To buy a ticket on the market you will need a very small amount of $PART (less than 0.01$), if you want some $PART to do it, please put your Part address (Public and/or Private) as an answer to this topic

1. Download the Particl Desktop 2.3.5

This step is easy, just choose the right wallet on that page : https://particl.io/downloads/

Warning: Your wallet need to be fully synced before doing the full process ! Your Particl Desktop is a full node which means that you need to download the full blockchain to have it working. It’s better for your privacy

2. Access the marketplace

(It’s better to do it after the wallet synchronize)

Current Desktop doesn’t show marketplace by default . This will be completely different on Desktop 3.0 upgrade, which will be released this summer.

In short, you need to create a wallet named market, and it will be shown then as a cart icon on your desktop wallet:

3. Search for the ticket on the marketplace

If you search for “ticket” in the marketplace, you should easily find the ticket:

Add it to your cart, then head to your purchases to complete your order.

4. Fill the order

On the order complete with a minimum information, just give us your social handle so that we can congratulate your after you won the contest :).

First name / Last name: add the social network (Twitter, Discord, Matrix or Forum) as First name and your handle on that network as Last Name
Fill with I love Particl for the rest

Then continue to confirmation and place order

5. Complete the bid order

You should now see the order with a bidding status in the purchases list:

When the bid is accepted, you will be asked for payment:

Then complete escrow:

6. Complete the purchase

You are now waiting for the seller to “send you the ticket”.

First it’s marked as waiting for the seller to complete escrow:

Then packaging. With a normal order it can take some time (for a computer to be shipped for example), but for digital items like this, it’s instant:

When we have noted your registration, you will see the ticket as “shipped”, with a message in green with your ticket number:

To finish, just Mark as delivered, you’re done and you just ‘bought’ you’re ticket with an automated anon escrow, without a third party

On 24th July, when listing expire, we will do a lottery to select 3 tickets as winners. be ready
