@Pancake Yeah I don’t know enough about what is possible to expect dev team to be able to make the system automatize this process I think for now the best way is to just allow the potential buyer to cross check it themselves. but in the future when the platform has more users it could be possible to approve via voting but even then it would cause delays if people were not actively voting/approving so it would need to be incentivized somehow. so best option is just allow users to verify for themselves by cross checking the code provided by the system to the code provided by the seller in the photo.

@btmr In general there’s nothing wrong with external services which doesn’t provide privacy, if this “stabilizing mechanism” is optional. So if a seller wants to avoid a potential loss due to price volatility, he could make such a “compensation trade” on an external service as an option by its own. He could set up his own account and maybe it could be integrated in some way into the marketplace so that the marketplace initiates the “compensation trade” and the seller only has to “approve” it.

"Description is structured into What, Why, How, Who and When tabs. In each tab the proposer has a set of limited characters to describe the intentions of his proposal For more detailed proposal descriptions (e.g. on options to vote for), a document can be stored on the particl forum, from which a SHA-256 Hash can then be included on the proposal form." These are great ideas especially the ability to attach a document to proposal even though “What, Why, How, Who and When tabs” is also a great way to lay out your proposal/suggestion/idea having limited space to explain it in detail makes it difficult to paint a full picture of what your attempting to achieve. Love your approach to this.
@dros said in Instant escrow for sellers: May you add this to the attention points in the document? Done
@dros said in dynamic marketplace fee distribution to referrals: Is it now more clear how it shall work? Yeah, now it’s clear I first got a bit misled by the title: “Dynamic marketplace fee distribution to referrals”. Maybe we can just use “Particl Affiliate Marketing” The origin project describes in their whitepaper a similar approach, they call it origin commissions. Particl Affiliate Marketing would be a superb marketing tool. It should be possible for different particl markets as well as for private third-party marketplaces.
